Seedy Toe > Seedy Toe as a result of Laminitis (4) > Right Hind exposed Laminae

After trimming all the dead laminae was exposed. There was a cavity of dead nectotic tissue also known as Seedy Toe. All of this needed to be removed to allow the bacteria to stop breeding.
