I am planning on holding an informal Laminitis evening on 28th April. There will be three speakers and we hope that everyone will go home with a better understanding of what actually happens and why.

Below is a picture of a splint bone on a hind leg that obviously received a kick and shattered into lots of pieces. Amazingly Sian wasn't lame, and although operated on she has recovered remarkably.
