Below is picture of a satisfying abscess. With all the wet weather we've had the feet are so so soft that I'm nearly seeing an abscess every day.

Here is January's photo of Maisey's sole defect. It hasn't grown in size, still isn't sensitive but there was a small discharge which the arrow points to.

I got invited to do a 1 1/2 hour lecture at Brinsbury College last month to the Pre-Farriery students. One and a half hours is quite a long time to keep a whole classes attention. I think it went well, I had some good questions at the end and have been invited back later in the year.

Just awaiting the students feedback which might be the scary bit!!
