This is an Aluminium EDSS Shoe with a pad that is pulled away from the tip of the pedal bone via a screw so as not to cause any pressure. Impression material is used in the back third of the foot to give a support platform where the foot is not sore. Then a frog insert was attached to the pad to help take more load in the non-sensitive areas.
