This past week I played a part in organising a 3 day Natural Balance Certification where 6 very good Farriers from the South East came and took written, forging and shoeing exams. I feel very privileged to be examining for the second time here in England. I feel that I also learnt so much this week and I'm more excited and enthused than ever to come and re-asses all of your horses feet.

I also helped run an Advanced Lameness Clinic which went very well, and I'm sure the two lame horses that we were fortunate to shoe where also grateful to have so many good farriers come together and share their thoughts and ideas.

I've written an article in Horse and Rider magazine which is out in the September issue. Originally I was told it was going to be in the October Issue so ignore the note I sent you recently. I am yet to see it but one of my clients who gets it delivered early has already spotted it so keep your eyes pealed.

On Monday 17th August we had the BBC film crew join us on a Natural Balance Clinic, and we made it onto prime time TV that evening. I'm struggling to insert the video directly onto my site but if you click on this link you can see my small moment of fame. Don't blink though because you might miss me!!

I spent the early part of the summer testing out a new Fly Repellent as going from what people have said there are loads on the market but very few make much of a difference. I have been really impressed with this 100% Natural Repellent it seems to be very affective at keeping the flies at bay. It is very safe on yours or your horses skin. (you can even spray it straight into your mouth it's that natural!)

As a result of many clients testing it I've had some made and am selling it out of my van, despite having only had it for about a month I already have many repeat buyers which certainly says something.
