Hemorrhage

I saw this horse at Liphook vets. He was lame due to pain in the back of his feet. You can see a huge amount of hemorrhaging, this is mainly caused by the distortions in his feet that hadn't been addressed. The heels had been left to get very high and the bars had kinked and folded over. Regular trimming got this horse back to being comfortable.
